DRAFTING + DESIGN
As a new age design firm, we focus on the use and functionality of every space we encounter. VDG has built a national impact with our residential & commercial designs.
Our 3D Visualization process is utilized to help clients envision a project, design fine-tuning/comprehension, and deliver a clear expectation for pre-construction marketing.
Builders, contractors, architects, developers, and designers a-like will be given the ability to present their designs in the most accurate + realistic way possible.
Taking the visualization process to the next level, our 3D Animations create visibility early on in the design + development process. In addition, this deliverable aids in the understanding of a projects layout, helps reduce design flaws and changes, and adds clarity during presentations/marketing.

VDG's Strategic DESIGN-BUILD Partnerships are available based on review of qualifications for the builder/contractor. VDGs partnerships guarantee a truly exclusive experience for the builder and the client. Our process, once integrated, streamlines the initial design and development process of the project with a deliverable that contains a clear expectation of exactly what the build entity will be facilitating. Similar to our Design consulting services, the deliverable presentation has detailed floor-plans, noted material selections, 3D models, and photorealistic 3D Renderings of every space.
